In a press conference given by officials Of the Ethiopian Federal Democratic Unity Forum (MEDREK) an opposing political party, government was asked to address the request of the people. The party president call for the ruling party to work with other opposing parties as the reason for the protest is said to be bad governance.
Nevertheless the government has been saying that the problems have been addressed in its way.
The opposition that has been boiling inside for decades has now burst as the president said so. More over the government is also blamed for the loss of life in some parts of Ormoia, and Amhara state.
It is well remembered that the government has already denied the international observers UN requested to send for investigation.
