Dangote’s Dream to Buy the Gunners
Africa’s richest man, Nigerian entrepreneur Aliko Dangote has revealed that he has what it takes to change the fortunes of English football giants Arsenal. The commodities billionare whose business tentacles extend across Africa says he plans to buy the club in four years.
In an interview with with Bloomberg Television, Dangote revealed that he intends to make the swoop in three or your years but right now needs to focus on current investments before he can make the commitment.
Speaking on his plans, the billionaire who is a die-hard Gunners fan said: “It’s not about buying Arsenal and just continuing with business as usual,” “It’s about buying Arsenal and turning it around… Right now, with what we’re facing, over $20 billion of projects, I cannot do both”.
