Here is a short video of Gojo Trio performing unusually at the entrance of Harmony Hotel in Bole neighbourhood last Thursday.

The trio that features bassist Henock Temesgen, drummer Natnael “Natty” Tessema and guitarist Girum Gizaw played in front of a passing crowd to promote what would be a regular Friday gig happening inside Harmony Hotel every two weeks.

The Trio also plays at Arrcobaleno bar, near Vatican Embassy every Tuesday night. Henock, a graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston and one of the founders of Jazz Amba Music School teamed up with Girum, a graduate of EECMY School of Jazz Music in Addis Ababa, whose unique guitar playing was honed with the Melekt jazz band for years and the eminent jazz drummer Natty Tessema.
