Ethiopia, Egypt and Sudan settle their difference Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam

It was three hours earlier that the Sudanese radio FM reported lately that Egypt, Sudan, and Ethiopia have surpassed their disputes over the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD).

The Sudanese foreign minister Ibrahim Ghandour said regarding the issue that they have moved to a new cooperative phase in economic, political, and security-related fields,

As Egypt suggested a cooperation plan it is reported that the three countries are considering it.

It is also expected for the tripartite summit in which the three heads of state will announce a new development fund between the three countries.

Based on the technical studies to be conducted to guarantee that each country’s water share will not be affected, the three countries have signed in March 2015 for the construction of the dam
