1 ½ lb beef ribs
1 cup chopped red onions
1 cup niter kibbeh
1 tsp ginger paste
½ tsp black pepper
2 cups water
Salt to taste
In a pan on a low heat dry fry the onions until soft and clear.
Add the beef ribs and stir well.
Add the kibbeh cooking until the meat is brown.
Mix in water and add all spices.
Simmer for 30 minutes or the gravy has thickened.
