Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry’s press service reports that Ukraine will open a visa center in Ethiopia on July 16. According to the report, the center will commence its operation on July 16, 2018 in Addis Ababa, in Morning Star Mall, 3rd Floor, Bole area, run by VF Worldwide Holding Ltd.
The center will give service to nationals of Djibouti, Uganda, Burundi, Malawi, Rwanda, South Sudan, Union of Comoros, Seychelles, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. Stateless persons and citizens of other nations who have a permanent residence permit in Ethiopia can also apply for their Ukrainian visas through the visa center.
The report reads, “The center will receive visa applications, render assistance in filling in and registering visa application forms as well as offering additional services upon request, including taking applicants' photos, translation and making copies of supporting documents, providing medical/travel insurance options, courier services, text messaging, premium lounge services etc.”
Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry stressed that decisions upon every application will be made by Ukraine's consular officers only.
