ZTE Ethiopia, a reliable, strategic partner for the government of Ethiopia and the pioneer of international telecom service and technologies provider, is poised to held tree seedling planting on next Thursday, August 3, 2017.
“For the past 17 years ZTE have been participated in different kinds of socioeconomic development activities and for that, indeed we are so grateful to have part the same,” ZTE statement sent to DireTube reads.
The seedling tree planting event is becoming obvious in recent years in Ethiopia. ZTE’s activity is going to be held at Gulele Sub-City around Egziharb, Dile Ber Den Kilil (Dil Ber Forest) at 9:00 am in the morning.
The Chinese big telecom company further intended to assure a sustainable green development for the Ethiopian Renaissance, according to the statement of Danna Cheng, Public Relation Director of ZTE.
On ZTE’s tree seedling planting program, the management and staffs have projected to plant 2000 tree seedlings together with Chinese delegates.
The company has so far planted thousands of tree seedlings at the Gulelle Sub-city in memory of late Prime Minster Meles Zenawi.
The company, in the last 17 years, has also carried out other support activities in Ethiopia that target low-income groups, youth and women such as constructing schools, book donations and providing financial assistances for orphans and destitute students.
